Each day (for a month!) look yourself in the mirror and say ‘I am beautiful. I am loved. I am worthy’ and watch yourself transform! It is only when you believe in yourself that others may follow!
Yes! You will have days that are harder to get those words out due to a hurdle, an experience or some self doubt. That is okay! It is the days that you grew, achieved and believed that will conquer those days and doubts! You can do this!
