Today’s quote is a bit personal as I struggle myself with creating change in my own life, for my immediate and long term health. Too often we put off till tomorrow what we should have been doing yesterday. You are worth the investment.

If we don’t care of ourselves I know two things to be true: no one else can care for us and we can care for no one else UNTIL we get our mind, body & spirit healthy and centered. I am worth the investment.
